Meet Frank (Pty) Ltd is an information service that helps South African businesses explore funding options. The following disclosures explain our regulatory position, data practices, and limitations.

1. Not a financial advisor

Meet Frank is not a registered Financial Services Provider (FSP) under the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (FAIS), Act 37 of 2002. We do not provide financial advice, make recommendations, or assess the suitability of any financial product for any individual or business.

All product information presented on this site is factual, based on publicly available data and direct confirmation with providers. Users should independently verify all terms, rates, and eligibility criteria directly with the relevant provider before making any financial decision.

2. Not a credit provider

Meet Frank is not a registered credit provider, credit bureau, or debt counsellor under the National Credit Act (NCA), Act 34 of 2005. We do not grant credit, assess creditworthiness, access credit scores, or make lending decisions.

When you submit an enquiry through Meet Frank, your information is passed to the relevant provider. The provider independently assesses your application according to their own criteria. Meet Frank has no role in the credit decision.

3. Product information

All product details — including funding amounts, rates, terms, eligibility requirements, and speeds — are sourced from provider websites and direct provider confirmation. While we take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy, product terms may change without notice.

Meet Frank does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any product information. Always confirm terms directly with the provider before applying.

4. Info Verified badge

The "Info Verified" badge indicates that Meet Frank has confirmed product details directly with the provider — including registration status, product terms, and operational details. This is a data quality indicator, not a recommendation, endorsement, or guarantee of the provider or their products.

Providers without the Info Verified badge may still be legitimate; we simply have not yet confirmed their details directly.

5. Featured listings

Some providers pay a disclosed listing fee for prominent placement in the directory. Featured listings are always clearly labelled. Payment for a featured listing does not influence the factual information displayed about the product, nor does it constitute a recommendation.

6. How we earn revenue

Meet Frank earns revenue through:

• Featured listing fees paid by providers for prominent directory placement
• Commission on successful funding facilitated through enquiries submitted via Meet Frank, at no additional cost to the applicant

We do not charge users for accessing the directory or submitting enquiries. Any commission arrangement with a provider is disclosed and does not affect the information presented.

7. Data and privacy

When you submit an enquiry via Meet Frank, we collect personal information including your name, email, phone number, and business details. This information is:

• Used to facilitate your enquiry with the relevant provider
• Shared with the provider you are enquiring about
• Stored securely in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Act 4 of 2013
